Terms and conditions for installing split air conditioners
- Installation service is available in the cities of (Jubail, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Ras Tanura, Qatif, Saihat, Tarut, Ras Al-Zour).
- Installation is done using the copper pipes included with the air conditioner only. If it is not available with the air conditioner, the team supplies copper pipes at a price of 80 riyals per meter.
- After installation, the device is under warranty by the agent, who bears all maintenance and repair work during the warranty period.
- The customer must carefully prepare the installation location to facilitate the installation process (draining water and providing appropriate electricity).
- Al-Mustaqbal Store apologizes for not installing it if the wall is concrete and needs to make an opening to extend the pipes, as it is the customer’s responsibility.
- The maximum limit of the scaffold is 3 metres, and more than that, the customer pays (100 riyals per floor / per air conditioner) to the installation team.
- Future Store does not bear responsibility for the cooling performance of the air conditioner if the external unit is installed inside the skylight.
- The store is not responsible for the cooling performance of the air conditioner if the size of the installation room is not compatible with the capacity of the air conditioner.
- The customer pays the value of the additional meters (more than 4 meters for each air conditioner) or any additional costs before the installation process. The price of an additional meter of pipes is 80 riyals per meter, the fee for dismantling an old air conditioner is 100 riyals per air conditioner.
- If a wall mount is needed for the external unit of the air conditioner, it costs 65 riyals.
- The store does not bear responsibility for the quality of copper pipes pre-installed at the installation site.
